Jakarta, January 26, 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) with the agenda of approving the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting took place at the 13th Floor Meeting Room, Pelindo Tower.
The GMS was attended by the Commissioner of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Mona Yudika. Also present were shareholder representatives from PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik, namely Retno Soelistianti as Director of Strategy and Business Development, and Herman Susilo as Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management. Other shareholder representatives in attendance included Syamsuddin as Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management of PT Prima Multi Terminal, along with the management teams of PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik and PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan.
The implementation of this GMS served as a strategic forum to determine the Company’s policy direction and performance targets for the 2026 fiscal year. Through the discussion and approval of the RKAP, the Company ensures strategic business alignment with shareholder policies as well as with the continuously evolving industry dynamics.
In its presentation, the management delivered the planned work programs, financial performance projections, business development strategies, and operational optimization initiatives to be implemented throughout 2026. The RKAP was prepared comprehensively by prioritizing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and prudent risk management.
Commissioner of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Mona Yudika, emphasized the importance of measurable and adaptive planning in driving sustainable growth. “The 2026 RKAP is expected to serve as a strategic guideline that directs the Company in achieving its performance targets optimally while enhancing corporate value,” she stated.
Retno Soelistianti, representing PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik as a shareholder, also highlighted the importance of synergy and strategic alignment among entities in supporting the achievement of the Company’s targets. Solid planning and disciplined execution are believed to be key factors in strengthening competitiveness and the Company’s contribution to integrated area development.
With the ratification of the 2026 RKAP, PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan is optimistic about improving its sustainable performance, strengthening its business structure, and supporting the enhancement of the national logistics ecosystem.
