PPK Reports Business Activities through OSS and SIINAS as a Form of Compliance with National Regulations

(July 23, 2025) – Medan, With a strong commitment to transparency and legal compliance, PT PPK has completed the submission of its Investment Activity Report (LKPM) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, as well as its industrial reporting through the National Industrial Information System (SIINAS). This reporting is part of the company’s responsibility to comply with government regulations in the fields of investment and industry.

The LKPM submission is a mandatory requirement for every business entity in accordance with the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning Guidelines and Procedures for Risk-Based Business Licensing Supervision. Meanwhile, reporting through SIINAS refers to the Ministry of Industry Regulation No. 13 of 2025 on Procedures for Submitting Industrial Data, Industrial Estate Data, Other Data, Industrial Information, and Other Information Through the National Industrial Information System. Both systems serve as key instruments in the government’s oversight and development of business activities in Indonesia.

Acting Director of PPK, Mr. Sutanto, stated that this reporting is not merely an administrative obligation but also a form of the company’s active participation in creating a healthy and accountable business climate. “We recognize the importance of business information transparency to the government. By submitting accurate and timely LKPM and SIINAS reports, we demonstrate PPK’s commitment to lawful and sustainable business practices,” he said.

PPK hopes that this initiative can serve as a positive example for other businesses in fulfilling their reporting obligations in accordance with prevailing regulations. In doing so, synergy between the private sector and the government can be continuously strengthened to support sustainable national economic growth.
