SUTANTO

Director

Born in Baturaja, South Sumatra, on November 13, 1981, Dr. Sutanto has a passion for writing and riding motorcycles. He completed his Bachelor of Law degree (2009) at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945, his Master of Law degree (2019) at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda, and earned his Doctorate (2023) cum laude from Universitas Borobudur Jakarta. Effective September 9, 2024, he has been entrusted as the Acting Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan.

His career began at PT Segoro Fajar Satrio in Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta (2002-2004), and he also worked at PT Mustika Alam Lestari (2008). In 2008, he joined PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and served in Palembang, South Sumatra, until 2018, holding his final position as Assistant Deputy General Manager for Legal Affairs. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Vice President for Legal Issue Handling at the Head Office of PT Pelindo II (Persero). Since October 1, 2021, when PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I to IV merged into PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), he served as the Department Head of Litigation at the Head Office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) until September 2024. He now serves as the Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan.

With a background as a Port Expert, Tax Lawyer, Non-Judge Mediator, Certified Trainer, and several other certified skills, he is also active and holds positions in various organizations, including Head of the Litigation Department at the BUMN Legal Forum (2022-2025), Chairman of the Advocacy Team for the Indonesian Port Workers Union Federation (2018-present), member of the Indonesian Tax Lawyers Association (Perjakin), and member of the Indonesian Advocates Congress (KAI).

Some of his published scientific works and journals include:

  • “Responsibility of The Board of Directors (Management) of State-Owned Enterprises Using The Principles of Business Judgement Rule In Criminal Liability,”

  • “Obstructions and Efforts to Create Port Efficiency in the Perspective of Business Competition Law,” and

  • “Punishment Concept On Responsive Economic Loss Value As A Substitute To Prison Penalty For Traffic Accidents,” all published in 2022.

Mona Yudika

Acting Commissioner of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan

Mona Yudika, born in Jakarta on March 25, 1988, completed her undergraduate studies in Accounting at the University of Indonesia in 2010 with the Cum Laude predicate. She has more than a decade of professional experience in project management, change management, corporate transformation, and the logistics and port industry. To demonstrate her competencies, she has attended leadership development programs, including the Accelerated Leadership Program at Pelindo, Leading Business for Port Industry at Melbourne Business School, and Port Sustainability and Port Resilience at Erasmus University.

Her professional career began at Accenture Indonesia as a Business Analyst in 2010 and then became a Senior Consultant before joining PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in 2015. At Pelindo, she held various strategic positions in the Project Management Office and corporate transformation, starting as a Project Specialist, Senior Deputy Vice President of the President Project Management Office, to Department Head of Strategic Initiatives Monitoring. Since September 2024, she has served as the Group Head of Strategy Evaluation Monitoring and Corporate Transformation and Management for PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), leading the responsibility of ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives across Pelindo Group.
