Batu Bara, 11 December 2025 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PPK) held a meeting with the Batu Bara Regency Government to explore opportunities for strategic cooperation related to area development in Batu Bara Regency. The meeting took place at the Official Residence of the Regent of Batu Bara in a warm atmosphere and was filled with constructive discussions.
During the meeting, the Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan presented the company’s plans and development direction, which focus on supporting the acceleration of regional development, particularly through the development of integrated areas.
This area development is considered to have significant potential in driving regional economic growth and improving public facilities in Batu Bara Regency.
The Regent of Batu Bara, Mr. Baharuddin Siagian, welcomed the cooperation initiative and emphasized the commitment of the Batu Bara Regency Government to supporting investments that generate positive impacts for the community.
“The Batu Bara Regency Government is open to strategic cooperation that can accelerate regional development. Well-planned area development is expected to provide added value to the economy and improve the welfare of the community,” said Baharuddin Siagian.
In line with this, Sutanto, Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, stated that PPK is ready to synergize with the local government in supporting sustainable and competitive area development.
“PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan is committed to supporting regional development through area development. Synergy with the Batu Bara Regency Government is an important step in creating areas that are attractive to investment and deliver positive impacts on the local economy,” Sutanto explained.
Furthermore, one of the key discussion points in the meeting concerned the availability of clean water supply as a main supporting facility. Clean water infrastructure is considered to play a strategic role in supporting area development and enhancing investment attractiveness in Batu Bara Regency.
Through this meeting, PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan and the Batu Bara Regency Government hope to follow up the discussions at a more concrete stage to realize integrated, sustainable area development that provides tangible benefits for the community.
