Medan, 7 January 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) received 31 Phase I Land Certificates, Sections A and B, as a result of legal assistance in the land certification process carried out in collaboration with the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office. The handover activity took place at the Hall of the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office.
This activity is part of PT PPK’s commitment to strengthening legal certainty and safeguarding the Company’s assets, while also supporting the implementation of good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance) through cross-institutional synergy.
The event was attended by the Acting Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Mr. Sutanto, along with the PT PPK team, the Head of the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Fransisco Tarigan, S.H., M.H., accompanied by the Head of the Civil and State Administrative Affairs Section (Kasidatun), Ms. Rahmah Hayati Sinaga, S.H.
Also in attendance were the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of Batu Bara Regency, Mr. Murdi Sima, S.STP; the Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (DPUTR), Mr. Ardi Zikri M; the Head of the Asahan Regency Land Office, Mr. Andri A. Lbs; as well as the Head of the Batu Bara Regency Land Office, Mr. Gatot Samudro.
On the occasion, Mr. Sutanto, as the Acting Director of PT PPK, expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the legal assistance and cooperation that have been established.
“We express our gratitude for the legal assistance and cooperation provided by the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office, as well as the support from all related parties. This assistance has greatly helped PT PPK in ensuring legal certainty over the Company’s land assets and in minimizing potential legal risks in the future,” said Sutanto.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Asahan Regency Land Office, Mr. Andri A. Lbs, stated that the certification process reflects good collaboration among institutions.
“We fully support the land certification efforts carried out by PT PPK through coordination and cross-institutional synergy. This process is expected to provide legal certainty over land assets and serve as an example of good collaboration among state-owned enterprises, local governments, and land offices,” said Andri.
On the other hand, the Head of the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Fransisco Tarigan, S.H., M.H., emphasized that legal assistance is part of the role of the Prosecutor’s Office in supporting the safeguarding of state assets.
“The Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office is committed to providing legal assistance to support orderly administration and the safeguarding of state assets. We appreciate the synergy that has been established with PT PPK and stakeholders in the land certification process,” said Fransisco Tarigan.
Through the handover of Phase I land certificates, PT PPK hopes that the synergy and collaboration that have been established will continue in the next stages of certification in order to support the management of the area in a legally orderly and sustainable manner.
