Batubara, 29 May 2026 – In order to welcome the Eid al-Adha 1447 H, PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) once again carried out a social activity through the Program Pelindo Berbagi Qurban Tahun 2026 as a form of company care and social responsibility to the community around its operational areas. In this year’s activity, PT PPK distributed 1 (one) ox to the community of Kuala Tanjung Village.
The distribution of the sacrificial livestock is part of the company’s commitment to continuously be present and provide real benefits to the community, especially in a meaningful moment like Eid al-Adha.
The handover ceremony of the sacrificial livestock was carried out symbolically in Kuala Tanjung Village, attended by representatives of PT PPK management and local village officials. In an atmosphere full of warmth and togetherness, the sacrificial livestock was handed over directly by the Senior Manager of Corporate Secretary of PT PPK, Mrs. Khairun Nisa, to the representatives of Kuala Tanjung Village officials.
Mrs. Khairun Nisa conveyed that the Program Pelindo Berbagi Qurban is a routine agenda carried out as a form of the company’s commitment to implementing corporate social responsibility, as well as a means to strengthen harmonious relations with the community.
“Through this Program Pelindo Berbagi Qurban, we hope that the presence of PT PPK can provide benefits and happiness for the community, especially in welcoming Eid al-Adha. We also hope that the good relationship that has been established can be maintained and grow even stronger in the future,” she said.
Meanwhile, the Village Secretary of Kuala Tanjung, Darni Ginting, also expressed appreciation and gratitude for the attention and contribution provided by PT PPK to the village community. “We would like to express our deepest gratitude to PT PPK for the sacrificial livestock assistance provided. This assistance is very meaningful for our community and is expected to provide benefits and happiness for the residents of Kuala Tanjung Village in celebrating Eid al-Adha,” said Darni Ginting.
