Batubara, 30 May 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) received an award from the Batu Bara Regency Government for its achievement in the realization of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2). The award was presented as a form of appreciation to taxpayers who have contributed to supporting the increase in regional income and sustainable development in Batu Bara Regency.
The award was presented during an event held at the Batu Bara Regent’s Office Hall on Monday (25/5/2026). The activity was part of the Batu Bara Regency Government’s efforts to encourage compliance and participation of taxpayers in supporting regional development through the optimization of tax revenues.
On that occasion, PT PPK was represented by the Acting Director, Sutanto, along with the company’s management lineup. The award was handed over directly by the Regent of Batu Bara, Baharuddin Siagian, accompanied by the Vice Regent of Batu Bara, Syafrizal.
PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan became one of the companies that received the award for its commitment and contribution in fulfilling regional tax obligations, particularly through the timely and compliant realization of PBB-P2 payments.
The Acting Director of PT PPK, Sutanto, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the award given by the Batu Bara Regency Government. According to him, the award serves as an encouragement for the company to continue fulfilling its responsibilities as a compliant taxpayer and contributing to regional development.
“This award serves as motivation for us to continuously maintain our commitment to fulfilling tax obligations and supporting regional development through tangible contributions. We hope that a good synergy between the business world and the regional government can continue to be established for the progress of Batu Bara Regency,” said Sutanto.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Batu Bara, Baharuddin Siagian, expressed his appreciation to all taxpayers who have made tangible contributions to increasing regional income.
“We would like to thank all taxpayers who have contributed tangibly to the development of Batu Bara Regency. Optimal regional income will be used back to support public services and development for the community,” he stated.
The Vice Regent of Batu Bara, Syafrizal, also hoped that the award could serve as a motivation for other companies to continue improving compliance in fulfilling regional tax obligations.
“We hope this award can serve as an example and motivation for other companies to continue improving regional tax compliance. Good collaboration between the government and companies is one of the keys to regional progress,” he said.
