Medan, iNewsAsahanRaya.id — As a form of commitment to increase enthusiasm for work, PT. Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PPK) successfully held a Sharing Session by presenting a renowned national Professional Trainer and Leadership Specialist, Parlindungan Marpaung.
Titled “Internalization of Morals Culture of SPSL Group Medan Region” with the theme “Dare to change to Achieve Productivity”, the event held in the Theater Room of Building B Grha Pelindo was attended by Executive Director 1 Regional 1, Ichwal Fauzi Harahap who also opened the event, President Director of PT. Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT. PPK) Akhirman, Director of PT. Prima Multi Peralatan (PT. PMP) Hendri Indra, and 80 participants who attended from SPSL Group, namely PT. Prima Pembangunan Kawasan (PT. PPK), PT. Prima Indonesia Logistik (PT. PIL), and PT. Prima Multi Peralatan (PT. PMP).
Parlindungan Marpaung, a Professional Trainer and Leadership Specialist who was invited as a motivator in this event emphasized the importance of moral values in life as a foundation for achieving success and happiness.
“To achieve moral values in the work environment, we must rekindle our enthusiasm for work, seek comfort in facing the work given by superiors so that we do not feel burdened in carrying out tasks, and maintain the mandate that has been received, because a company that advances is a company that is willing to transform, that is willing to change and is willing to survive, “said Parlindungan Marpaung.
Meanwhile, Akhirman, President Director of PT. Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT. PPK), invited all employees to build enthusiasm for work, considering that the event held is very important for building the company in a better direction.
“Working together in a job is very important to achieve the vision and mission within the company, each company is emphasized to be able to transform so that the company does not become extinct or die,” said Akhirman.
“This AKHLAK culture internalization activity is expected to be held routinely as an effort by the Company to support the program of the Ministry of BUMN and PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) as a Holding Company that encourages all BUMN employees to always apply AKHLAK values in carrying out their daily work,” he continued. Sharing season about the importance of improving the moral culture within the SPSL Group and encouraging the company’s vision and mission as a form of PT. PPK’s commitment to creating a conducive work environment based on moral values, can improve employee performance, strengthen relationships between employees, and build a positive image of the company.
