Jakarta, February 24, 2026 — SPSL Group held the SPSL Group Annual Meeting 2026 under the theme “Transforming the Norm, Navigating Dynamic Changes” on Tuesday (24/02) at Pelindo Tower, 5th Floor, Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 9, Rawa Badak Utara, Koja, North Jakarta.
This year’s Annual Meeting marked a strategic milestone with the Launching Ceremony of the company’s name change from PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, as part of a corporate transformation initiative focused on strengthening identity, enhancing competitiveness, and accelerating sustainable business growth.
The event was attended by the President Commissioner of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, Fachry Ali, and Independent Commissioner Abdulhamid Dipopramono. Also present were President Director Joko Noerhudha; Commercial and Technical Director Ruri Indrasari Rachmaputri; Director of Strategy & Business Development Retno Soelistianti; and Director of Finance, Human Resources & Risk Management Herman Susilo. Commissioners of subsidiaries and members of the Board of Directors of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva were also in attendance.
In his remarks, President Commissioner Fachry Ali emphasized that the transformation represents a strengthening of corporate governance and the company’s strategic direction in responding to the increasingly competitive and collaboration-driven logistics industry.
The change of name to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva reflects the spirit of synergy and service as the company’s core foundation. The new identity is expected to reinforce the company’s positioning as an adaptive, innovative entity focused on creating added value for customers and stakeholders.
President Director Joko Noerhudha stated that the transformation is not merely symbolic, but is also accompanied by strengthened business strategies, operational process optimization, and enhanced human resource capabilities. “This transformation is our commitment to continuous growth, strengthening synergy among entities, and delivering integrated and competitive logistics services,” he said.
During the Annual Meeting 2026 forum, management also presented the previous year’s performance evaluation, industry challenges, and the company’s strategic policy direction going forward. Strategic priorities include strengthening the business structure, digitalizing operational processes, implementing prudent risk management, and developing service portfolios to capture expanding market opportunities.
