Jakarta, 29 June 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Monday (29 June) at the Amanah Meeting Room, 12th Floor, Pelindo Tower, Jakarta.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was convened with the agenda of approving the Annual Report and ratifying the Financial Statements of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan for the 2025 Financial Year as part of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, as well as the Board of Directors’ accountability mechanism to the Shareholders for the management of the Company throughout the 2025 financial year.
The meeting was attended by Commissioner of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan Mona Yudika, Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan Sutanto, along with the management team of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan.
The AGMS was also attended by the Company’s shareholders, namely PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, represented by Yogi Fetriansyah as Senior Vice President of Subsidiary Development and Business Development, and PT Prima Multi Terminal, represented by its Director, Rudi Susanto.
