Kuala Tanjung, 20 July 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) welcomed a working visit from the Acting Commissioner of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Mona Yudika, to the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate (KIKT) on Wednesday (15/7). The visit was part of the Board of Commissioners’ supervisory function while also strengthening synergy with the management in overseeing the development of the industrial estate, which is one of the company’s strategic projects.
The Acting Commissioner was accompanied by the Board of Commissioners’ Secretariat and was welcomed by the Acting Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Sutanto, along with the company’s management team. The visit began with a Board of Commissioners’ Meeting discussing the company’s development, the achievements of its work programs, and the progress of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate development.
During the meeting, the management presented updates on the estate’s development, infrastructure readiness, and various strategic measures that have been and will continue to be implemented to support the development of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate as a competitive and sustainable industrial estate. In addition to serving as an evaluation forum for the implementation of work programs, the meeting also became a constructive discussion platform between the Board of Commissioners and the management to identify opportunities, challenges, and the company’s future development direction.
Following the meeting, the activities continued with a site visit to the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate. The field visit was conducted to directly observe the progress of the estate’s development and ensure the readiness of the infrastructure that has been built as the foundation for supporting the estate’s operations and development. Through this visit, the Board of Commissioners gained a comprehensive understanding of the estate’s existing conditions while also providing various strategic recommendations as part of the company’s supervisory function.
The Acting Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Sutanto, stated that the visit marked an important momentum in strengthening the synergy between the Board of Commissioners and the management to ensure that every stage of the estate’s development proceeds according to plan.
“This visit provides us with a valuable opportunity to directly present the progress of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate development while also receiving strategic input from the Board of Commissioners. Strong synergy between the supervisory function and the management is a key factor in realizing a competitive and sustainable industrial estate that is capable of creating added value for stakeholders,” said Sutanto.
