Medan, MPOL — PT. Prima Pembangunan Kawasan (PT. PPK) is a subsidiary of PT. Pelindo Solusi Logistik which is part of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero/Pelindo Group) is conducting legal cooperation in the fields of civil and state administration.
This cooperation is stated in a Joint Agreement between PT. PPK and the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office (Kejari), Monday, (29/7/2024), at the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office.

This cooperation is in the form of providing legal assistance, legal considerations, and other legal actions related to legal problems within PT. Prima Pengembangan Kawasan that may arise in the future,” said Akhirman representing PT. PPK.
Akhirman also said that today is an important day for PT. PPK where the MoU has been signed with the Batu Bara District Attorney’s Office.
“This collaboration is an effort by the Company to request assistance from the Batu Bara District Attorney to oversee the construction, development, and management process of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area,” said Akhirman.
The Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area has begun to enter the infrastructure development phase, so that development can run smoothly and on time, conducive conditions are needed, including minimizing disturbances related to legal aspects that may arise in the future.
This MoU is needed to help the Company focus on development and the State Attorney General to assist in terms of legal assistance, he said.
Meanwhile, Batu Bara District Attorney Diky Oktavia, S.H., M.H, appreciated PT. PPK’s intention to carry out legal cooperation in the field of civil and state administration.
“One of the functions of the Prosecutor’s Office is in the field of civil and state administration. In this field, the Prosecutor’s Office can provide legal assistance, legal considerations, legal services, law enforcement, and legal actions to state institutions, government agencies, BUMN/BUMD,” he concluded.
It was stated that PT. PPK is part of one of the BUMN, namely PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) so the Batu Bara District Attorney is committed to assisting PT. PPK in realizing the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area from the aspect of state administrative civil law.
The Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area is one of the national strategic projects determined by the Government. PT. Prima Pengembangan Kawasan was appointed to build, develop, and manage the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area.
