Medan, 02 September 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) officially established a cooperation through the Signing of a Cooperation Agreement for the Provision of Sharia Banking Services and Products, which was held at the PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan Office, Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara Regency, Tuesday (1/9).
This cooperation is part of PT PPK’s efforts to strengthen banking service support for the company’s needs. Through the cooperation with BSI, PT PPK is expected to utilize various Sharia banking services and products that are in accordance with the company’s needs, while also opening opportunities for broader synergies in the future.
The agreement was signed by the Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Sutanto, and the Regional Head of BSI Regional Office 2 Medan, Taufan Anshari. The activity also served as a momentum to strengthen the cooperation between the two companies in supporting banking service needs and business development.
Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Sutanto, stated that this cooperation is one form of synergy that is expected to provide benefits for both parties.
“This cooperation is expected to provide support for the banking service needs of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan as well as become the beginning of broader synergy between PT PPK and BSI,” said Sutanto.
Meanwhile, Regional Head of BSI Regional Office 2 Medan, Taufan Anshari, welcomed the cooperation established with PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan. According to him, the collaboration is part of BSI’s efforts to strengthen synergy with the company while providing Sharia banking service solutions that are in accordance with the needs of corporate customers.
“We appreciate the trust given by PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan to BSI. We hope that this cooperation can run well and provide benefits for both parties, and can continue to develop in the future,” said Taufan.
From PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, the activity was also attended by Khairun Nisa as Senior Manager of Corporate Secretary. Meanwhile, from BSI, Jefri Sofyan as Area Manager of Medan Raya, Maisal as Branch Manager of KCP Medan Belawan, Rolia Nelma Sahertian as Retail Transaction Business Manager, and Juwita as Funding Transaction Retail Manager were present.
The cooperation for the provision of Sharia banking services and products is expected to provide convenience and added value in supporting the company’s activities, as well as strengthen the institutional relationship between PT PPK and BSI.
For PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, this collaboration is also part of its commitment to continue building partnerships with various parties in supporting the development of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate (KIKT). Going forward, the established synergy is expected to continue to develop and provide benefits for both companies.
