Medan, 28 September 2026 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) held a Business Activity Repositioning Discussion Meeting on Tuesday (15/9) at the PT PPK Office, Kuala Tanjung. This activity served as a strategic forum to discuss the alignment of the company’s business direction while strengthening synergy between PT PPK and PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (PSL) as the parent company.
The meeting was led by the Director of PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan, Dr. Sutanto, and attended by the management of PT PPK. From PT PSL, Yogi Fetriansyah as SVP of Subsidiary Development, Krishna Aditama as VP of Business Development, and Kurnia P. Nasution as VP of Marketing and Customer Service were present.
The meeting discussed the repositioning of PT PPK’s business activities as part of the company’s efforts to adjust its business model to the dynamics of the logistics industry and estate development. The discussion also covered the identification of business potential, optimization of the role of subsidiaries, as well as collaboration opportunities that can support sustainable business growth within the Pelindo Group environment.
Director of PT PPK, Dr. Sutanto, stated that the repositioning of business activities was not merely an adjustment of the business portfolio, but rather an effort to ensure that the company has a more focused and adaptive development direction and is able to create added value for all stakeholders.
“Business activity repositioning is a momentum for PT PPK to strengthen the foundation of the company’s business. With the support and synergy with PT PSL, we are optimistic that we can develop business potential that is aligned with the needs of the estate and the Pelindo Group ecosystem,” said Sutanto.
Meanwhile, Yogi Fetriansyah, SVP of Subsidiary Development at PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, emphasized the importance of aligning strategies between the parent company and its subsidiaries so that each entity can carry out its business role optimally.
“This repositioning is part of a measured business strengthening process. It is hoped that PT PPK can have a clearer business positioning, enabling it to capture new business opportunities and make a greater contribution to the Pelindo Group,” said Yogi.
Through constructive discussions, the two companies agreed to continue strengthening coordination in formulating the direction of PT PPK’s business development. This synergy is expected to serve as a foundation for establishing a more competitive and sustainable business model, while supporting the development of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate as part of the national logistics ecosystem.
